The following course descriptions encompass the courses required for a Masters Degree Program in Traditional Chinese Medicine and complete preparation to take both the California State Licensing Exam as well as the National Licensing Examination. Those who pass both exams are certified to practice acunpuncture anywhere in the U.S. There are eight areas of study described below, plus an electives module:
